1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Play Daadi, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Poulima Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• Not create an account using false identity or misrepresentation
• Not share your account with others or transfer your account to a third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

3. Licence to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use Play Daadi solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Transfer the licence to any other person or “mirror” the materials on any server

4. Virtual Currency & Virtual Goods

Play Daadi offers an in-game currency (“Coins”) and virtual items (“Virtual Goods”). You acknowledge that:

• Coins and Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash
• All purchases of Coins and Virtual Goods are final (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
• We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items at any time
• Virtual Goods are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our intellectual property
• Coins and Virtual Goods are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused Coins and Virtual Goods are forfeited upon account termination

5. Daadi Pass Subscription

Daadi Pass is an optional subscription that provides premium features including ad-free play, unlimited AI battles, and exclusive content. Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorised third-party software
• Using automated scripts, bots, or macros to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or abuse of other players
• Impersonating any person, company, or Play Daadi staff
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collecting other users' personal information without their consent
• Using the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Selling, trading, or transferring accounts or virtual items for real-world money

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account, forfeiture of all virtual goods and currency, and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Play Daadi — including but not limited to the game software, graphics, artwork, animations, sound effects, music, text, user interface elements, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Poulima Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (e.g., usernames, profile data) remains your property, but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times
• Any errors or defects will be corrected immediately
• The Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poulima Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) ₹500 INR.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Poulima Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, and costs arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and all virtual goods and currency are forfeited.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
