Refund Policy

At Play Daadi (Poulima Infotech Pvt. Ltd.), we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any in-app purchase. By purchasing within the app, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. General Refund Principles

All purchases made within Play Daadi — including Coins, virtual items, and Daadi Pass subscriptions — are processed through the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store(iOS). Because payments are handled entirely by these platforms, all refund requests must be submitted through the respective store's refund mechanism, subject to their policies.

We recognise that exceptions arise, and we will cooperate with legitimate refund requests to the best of our ability.

2. What Is Eligible for a Refund

2.1 Technical Issues

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • A purchase was completed but the Coins or items were never credited to your account
  • A technical error on our platform caused a duplicate charge
  • A critical bug made a purchased feature completely inaccessible for an extended period

To claim a technical refund, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date with your order/transaction ID and a description of the issue.

2.2 Unauthorised Purchases

If a purchase was made without your authorisation (e.g., by a minor using your device without consent), please contact both the respective app store and our support team. We will cooperate fully with their investigation.

2.3 Subscription Cancellations

Daadi Pass subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your app store account settings. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within an active subscription period except where required by applicable law.

3. What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Spent Coins or used Virtual Goods — once Coins have been spent or virtual items have been consumed (e.g., AI unlocks used), refunds are not available
  • Change of mind — we do not offer refunds simply because you no longer wish to use a purchased item or feature
  • Account bans or suspensions — if your account is terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions, purchases made before termination are non-refundable
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago — refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be considered except in exceptional circumstances
  • Promotional or gifted items — items received free of charge, through promotions, or as gifts are not refundable

4. How to Request a Refund

Step 1 — Via the App Store (Preferred)

Refunds for in-app purchases are primarily processed through the platform where you purchased:

  • Google Play Store: Visit Google Play Help → “Request a refund for a Google Play purchase”
  • Apple App Store: Visit Apple Report a Problem → sign in → find your purchase → “Report a Problem”

Step 2 — Contact Our Support

If the app store refund is declined and you believe you meet the eligibility criteria above, contact our support team at support@playdaadi.com with:

  • Your registered email address or Player ID
  • The transaction/order ID from your purchase receipt
  • Date and amount of the purchase
  • A clear description of the issue and why you believe a refund is warranted
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within 3–5 business days.

5. Processing & Timeline

Once a refund is approved by the app store or by us, the credit will be returned to your original payment method. Typical processing times:

  • Google Play: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Apple App Store: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Direct refunds (rare cases): Up to 10 business days

Any refunded Coins or Virtual Goods will be deducted from your account balance at the time the refund is processed.

6. Currency & Exchange Rates

Refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction at the original exchange rate. Poulima Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any foreign exchange losses or bank fees associated with the refund transaction.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or another jurisdiction with statutory consumer rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
