All purchases made within Play Daadi — including Coins, virtual items, and Daadi Pass subscriptions — are processed through the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store(iOS). Because payments are handled entirely by these platforms, all refund requests must be submitted through the respective store's refund mechanism, subject to their policies.
We recognise that exceptions arise, and we will cooperate with legitimate refund requests to the best of our ability.

If a purchase was made without your authorisation (e.g., by a minor using your device without consent), please contact both the respective app store and our support team. We will cooperate fully with their investigation.
Daadi Pass subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your app store account settings. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within an active subscription period except where required by applicable law.

Any refunded Coins or Virtual Goods will be deducted from your account balance at the time the refund is processed.
Refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction at the original exchange rate. Poulima Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any foreign exchange losses or bank fees associated with the refund transaction.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or another jurisdiction with statutory consumer rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
