We automatically collect certain technical data when you use the app:

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App usage data, game statistics, and session durations
• IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region level)
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) for ad personalisation, unless you opt out

• Enable online multiplayer matchmaking and private rooms
• Power the global leaderboard and ranking system

• Personalise your in-game experience and recommendations
• Analyse usage patterns to improve game performance and features
• Display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob
• Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf (Firebase, AdMob) under strict confidentiality agreements
• When required by law — in response to valid legal requests by public authorities
• During business transfers — if we merge, acquire, or are acquired by another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction
• With your consent — for any other purpose with your explicit consent

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

5. Children's Privacy

Play Daadi is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents who believe their child has provided us with personal information should contact us at privacy@playdaadi.com.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
• Opt out of personalised advertising through device settings

8. Advertising & Cookies

The free version of Play Daadi displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to show personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised ads at any time through your device's privacy settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”

Subscribing to Daadi Pass removes all advertisements.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including India and the United States (where Google and Meta servers are located). We ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
